Ancient Christian breathing meditation technique

To help be more in the moment take a deep breath and soften your body

Take a couple of deep breaths and focus on your breath, then say

“Breathing in I calm my body” (and breathe in)

“Breathing out I smile” (practice smiling as you do this)

“Living in the present moment” (breathe in)

“I know this is a beautiful moment” (breathe out)
