Exercising whilst doing something else (meeting, admin, socialising)

It is hard to find time to exercise, but 30 minutes of light activity a day, and 1 session of intense activity a week is recommended to maintain basic fitness. One technique is to get together with one or more people to exercise together, whilst catching up either as a formal meeting or for fun and social benefit (such as during a Happy Hour), or by using that time to complete housework or admin (using for example an exercise desk). This allows at least two or three goals to be achieved at the same time.
