Your Rhythms Library
Search or browse our directory of potential activities you can do by yourself, or with others, or with the help of a paid or unpaid third party. Let other people know about your interest in an activity, or that you are trying one out, and even post an activity you are organising that other people can join you in, on a paid or unpaid basis. For rhythms to select specific to your group, visit Groups.
This library can seem daunting and should not be itself a source of stress. The key is to use it as a resource to start your journey and give you new ideas for what to try out next. Don’t try to implement too many new activities at once, but build them up step by step, based on what needs you want to address in your life first.
